We, the members of the Grand Jury of Dade County Superior court, during the April Term, 2015, make the following presentments:
During the present session of the Grand Jury, there was evidence considered on 11 Bills of Indictment. Of these, we found 7 True Bills and 4 No Bills.
We, the members of the Grand Jury, pursuant to O.C.G.A. §15-12-67(a) elected our own officers as follows: James Nelson Hartline was elected as Foreperson; Daisy Combs was elected Assistant Foreperson; Megan Renee Wilborn was elected Clerk; Carla J. Kesler was elected as Assistant Clerk; Tiffany Louise Kidd was elected as alternate juror; and Kermit Vaughan who was not a member of the Grand Jury, was selected as the Grand Jury Bailiff. We were administered an oath pursuant to O.C.G.A. §15-12-67(b) and charged as to our duties and responsibilities as Grand Jurors, including those contained in O.C.G.A. §15-12-71, by the Honorable Brian House prior to entering upon the discharge thereof. Kermit Vaughan was also administered the oath pursuant to O.C.G.A. §15-12-69 by the Honorable Brian House prior to entering upon discharge of his duties as bailiff.
We, the members of the Grand Jury, recommend that these presentments be published one (1) time in the Dade County Sentinel at the expense of the County as provided by law pursuant to O.C.G.A. §15-12-80.
