Commission Meeting Thurs.

The Dade County Board of Commissioners will hold their first meeting of the new year Thursday night.

The board will welcome Alan Bradford, who defeated Peter Cerveilli in November's election.

The workshop beings at 6 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

New License Procedure

As of Jan. 1, 2013, Cloudland Canyon State Park will only take credit/debit cards for the purchase of hunting and fishing license. Checks or cash will no longer be accepted.

If you don't have a debit or credit card you may purchase a pre-paid card at many area locations.

Drivers Services Hours

The Rock Spring DDS office customer service hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

There will be no testing after 5:30 p.m.

The office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
