Trenton
Telephone Company/TVN is conducting a photo contest, with the winning entry to
be on the cover of the new 2013 telephone book. The top photographer will also
take home a 13-inch flat screen TV.
Other selected photographs will be exhibited on the TVN website.
How To Enter
Each entrant
must complete an entry/release form, which includes a photographer’s consent,
waiver of liability, indemnity and release form. All entries must be
photographs made in Dade County. Deadline for entries is April 1, 2013.
How To Submit
Photos may be
submitted as:
8 x 10 prints,
which may be dropped off at Trenton Telephone Co./TVN, 183 1st St., Trenton, or mailed to: Trenton Telephone
Co./TVN, P.O. Box 216, Trenton, Ga.

Digital format
entries, which may be sent to: ttcphotocontest@tvn.net.
Please do not
submit original photographs as we cannot guarantee photos will be
returned.
Judging
A panel of
judges will be judging anonymously, meaning that contestants’ names will not be
shown with their photos at the time of judging, and that whether your name is
known as a photographer or not will not bias the judges’ opinions.
Legal Stuff
The photograph
in its entirety must be a work of original material taken by the contest
entrant. By entering the contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants
that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the
entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks,
moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of
any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest
in the photograph.
The photograph
must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, contain
obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
or inappropriate content.
Sending your
photographs to the web address, ttcphotocontest@tvn.net., automatically
generates a consent/release form to be emailed to you. Physical forms may be picked up at the phone
company.
