Dade County High School football players signed letters of intent to colleges on Monday afternoon. Players signing were Travis Nunley with Reinhardt University, Austin Mooneyhan with Sterling College and Kolbie Gass with Reinhardt University.

Reinhardt University is located in Waleska, about 20 miles east of Adairsville. This will be Reinhardt’s first season for football.

Already enrolled and getting ready for the upcoming season are two former Wolverines, Nick Lawson and Blayton Bethune, who will welcome the two recent signees to campus in the fall.

Mooneyhan will be traveling to Sterling, Kansas, to continue his football career.

The Wolverine athletic program continues to send players to the next level each year. So far this year in addition to the football program three Lady Wolverine basketball players have signed to play at the next level and other Wolverine athletes are expected to sign in the near future.

Congratulations and good luck to all those moving to the next level.
