Political Debates
Do you plan to attend any of the political debates planned throughout the county in the coming weeks?

On Friday morning a white male, approximately 20 years old, around 5’8” and weighing an estimated 170 pounds, robbed a customer outside the Lookout Valley Walmart.

He fled on foot to the Hardees on Browns Ferry Road where he stole a white Chevy Colorado that he found outside with the motor running.

The suspect then proceeded to the Dollar General on Highway 299 in Wildwood where he entered the store wearing a green beanie and a white piece of material over his face. He branded a pistol and demanded money from the clerk who pulled out her cell phone and he fled the premises in the stole vehicle.

According to reports from the Dade County Sheriff’s office the tag number revealed that the truck that was stolen had been used in previous robberies in Tennessee.

Dade County Sheriff Ray Cross said there is an on-going investigation by his department as well as in Hamilton County.
