The Dade County
Wolverine basketball team found the going rough last week as they played a pair
of Region 7AA games.
On Tuesday they
traveled to Rome to face the Coosa Eagles. The Wolverines got off to a good
start and at the end of the first quarter held a three point lead over the
in the second quarter however as Coosa opened up and took control of the game
outscoring Dade by seven and taking a 31-27 lead into the locker room at the
end of the first half.

Wolverines struggled to score 10.

Blue Devils continued to pour in the points and finished the final two minutes
of the game by outscoring the Wolverines 10-2 to claim a big 105-85 win.
Gaddis who had
his biggest game of the year, scoring 32 points and grabbing eight rebounds,
led the Wolverines. Bell finished the 19 points and six assists and Mikey
Williams scored 11.
