Political Debates
Do you plan to attend any of the political debates planned throughout the county in the coming weeks?

Hutcheson Medical Center announces that long time Dade County resident, Cindy Simmons, PA-C, has joined Trenton Family Practice.

Simmons is well known to the North Georgia medical community and has lived in Dade County since obtaining her Masters in Physician Assistant studies from Emory University in Atlanta 1996.  I'm excited to be working again in Trenton as I feel like I am coming home, stated Simmons.

We welcome Cindy and her primary care expertise to the Trenton clinic, said Farrell Hayes, interim CEO of Hutcheson Medical Center.  For increased convenience for Dade County residents, the clinic will accept walk-in patients in addition to traditional appointments, and we look to have extended clinic hours during the work week and on Saturdays in the near future.

Trenton Family Practice is located at 12978 North Main Street in Trenton 615 E. and accepts appointments and walk-ins for increased patient convenience. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For appointments or questions about the clinic, please call the clinic at (706) 657-4183.

Nice to have a PA-C... but where did the doctors go? Where is the news coverage about their lack of being paid for months? The physicians are leaving because there is no revenue? Then why are they able to pay the other staff and add new clinics? Someone needs to get to the bottom of this story.
