The Dade County Grand Jury met in January and handed down a total of 30 indictments. The following is a complete list of the indictments and their respective charges:

Jon Edward Pippin, indicted for burglary in the first degree and theft by taking.

Terry Wayne Stephens, indicted for aggravated child molestation, child molestation and statutory rape.

Jon Edward Pippin, indicted for theft by taking.

Christen Michelle Elrod, indicted for theft by taking.

Jeremy Dean Donovan, indicated for obstruction of an officer.

Patricia Helsel, incited for attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and possession of substance with intent to manufacture controlled substance.

David Charles Helsel, Sr., indicted for attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Ace and possession of a substance with intent to manufacture controlled substance.

Linda Ann York, indicted for aggravated assault, aggravated battery, burglary in the first degree, criminal damage to property in the first degree and criminal damage to property in the second degree.

Kyla Maria Jackson, indicted for obstruction of an officer and disorderly conduct.

Haley Brooke Kilgore, indicated for burglary in the first degree.

James William Kilgore, indicated for burglary in the first degree.

Haley Brooke Kilgire, indicated for burglary in the first degree and five counts of forgery in the fourth degree.

John William Kilgore, indicted for burglary in the first degree and five counts of forgery in the fourth degree.

Dellon Tyler Ward, indicted for burglary in the second degree and two counts of theft by taking.

Cody Brent Durham, indicted for hindering apprehension or punishment of a criminal, violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act, possession of marijuana less and one ounce and possession of drug related objects.

Scott William Evans, indicted for riot in a penal institution and battery.

Darrell Edward Phillips, indicted for burglary in the second degree, theft by taking and theft by receiving stolen property.

Chasity Nicole Mealor, indicted for burglary in the first degree.

Steven Richard Ellis, indicted for burglary in the first degree.

Wendy Michelle Johnson, indicted for aggravated battery and simple battery.

Jon Edward Pippin, indicted for burglary in the second degree.

James Adam West, indicted for aggravated assault on a peace officer, theft by bringing stolen property in the state, reckless conduct, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, driving away without paying for gasoline and driving while license suspended.

Floyd Dellro Hurst, indicted for theft by bringing stolen property into the state.

Adrian Christian Williams, indicted for possession of substance with intent to manufacture controlled substance and attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.

Adrian Christian Williams, indicted for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of substance with intent to manufacture controlled substance and attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.

Christel Ogles, indicted for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of substance with intent to manufacture controlled substance and attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.

Mark Anthony Kenimer, indicted for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of substance with intent to manufacture controlled substance and attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.

Elizebeth Renee Blevins, indicted for attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Wesley Eugene Blevins, indicted for attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Christopher Tyler Wright, indicted for manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of pseudoephedrine.
