Political Debates
Do you plan to attend any of the political debates planned throughout the county in the coming weeks?

My name is Ronald W. Baldwin and I would like to announce my intention to qualify for the upcoming May 20 Democratic Primary for School Board.

I am divorced and 46 years–old with one daughter who is 18 years–old and a senior at Dade County High School. I have been a resident of Dade County all my life. I currently reside in the New England community of the county.

I run so the poor, the bullied, the underdog will be more adequately represented on the board. I see myself as all these things. If you are looking for more of a status quo candidate, then look elsewhere. But, if are looking for a candidate who will stand up for those who can’t, an out of the box candidate. Then look no further.

One of my primary objectives will be the cessation of bullying in our schools. I will be available to anyone 24/7/365. One of the incoming school boards first jobs will be to hire a new school superintendent. I promise you that the person I have in mind will be the polar opposite of the current outgoing super.

The man I have in mind will be compassionate and not narcissistic and self consuming as the current outgoing super is. I hope to be elected so I can push for this person.

I know I am the underdog. I accept that title readily. I have been the underdog all my life. But people seem to like the underdog, so who knows what could happen.

Anyway, I want to thank you in advance. Don’t forget to vote in the upcoming Democratic May 20 Primary. Together we can make a change.
