The Dade County
Wolverine baseball team picked up a pair of much needed wins last week as they
hosted Murray County and traveled to Coosa.
afternoon the Wolverines hosted the Murray County Indians and wasted little
time sending them packing for home.
In the first
inning Dade scored four runs to take the early lead and then in the second
inning finished off the visitor from Chatsworth by scoring 11 runs to take a
the Indians in the top of the third without a run the game was called due to
the 15 runs lead after three innings rule.

three hits while Garrett Moore had two hits and everyone else in the lineup had
pitched the three innings for Dade giving up one hit and striking out five.

lead in the first inning, scoring two runs. They would add another run in the
top of the third to go up 3-0.

Eagles scored a pair of runs to cut the Wolverine lead to 3-2.
