The Dade County
Grand Jury met for its April term last week and returned 12 true bills and 0 no
The majority of
those true bills were returned against Mark Anthony Kenimer. He was true billed
for three counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree burglary
and one count of first-degree forgery.
In addition to
Kenimer, Kenneth Ray Goolesby was indicted for second-degree burglary and
first-degree forgery; Robert Cody Martin received indictments for one count of
criminal attempt to commit a felony and one count of aggravated assault.
Varner was indicted for one count of bribery; Ronald Allen Stevens received
indictments for two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; and
Heather Lee Uber was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled
substance with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
