Four teens were transported to Erlanger Hospital last week after this head-on accident on Piney Road. Two of the four high school students were seriously injured. This stretch of road has seen its share of accidents over the years and hopefully measures are in the works to resolve the problem.

Five teenagers were injured in a head on collision on Piney Road last Thursday when one car crossed the center line on the rain slick road.
Savannah Brinson lost control of her Pontiac G6 and collided head-on with David Page who was driving a Ford F150 pickup.
Page and his passenger (a juvenile) were transported to Erlanger Medical by Puckett Ambulance.
Brinson was also transported by Puckett Ambulance, while her passenger, Tyler Blevins, was taken to Erlanger by LifeForce.
Another passenger in the Brinson car, Josh Green, was not seriously injured.
At press time Tuesday Blevins was the only one remaining in the hospital.
The stretch of Piney Road where the accident occurred is known to be extremely slick when it rains and numerous accidents have occurred in the past.
Brinson was charged with too fast for conditions and failure to maintain lane.
