Political Debates
Do you plan to attend any of the political debates planned throughout the county in the coming weeks?

Law enforcement officers with the Trenton City Police Department have received over $3,000 worth of stolen merchandise that was taken Nov. 26 from a Bond Street address.
With a tip from a confidential informant, two juveniles – ages 15 and 16 years old – were arrested on Nov. 28.
All of the property was recovered and returned to the rightful owners.
Trenton City Police Investigator Shawn Chapa stated that the department is still investigating the case and more arrests may be forthcoming.
Trenton City police are also looking for Sean Michael Robert Hughes.
A warrant has been issued for Hughes who is accused of altering six checks.
Hughes received payment for scrap metal from M&B Recycling and allegedly altered the checks to show that he had been paid more than what the check was originally written for.
If anyone knows the whereabouts of Hughes please contact the Trenton City Police Department at (706) 657-4167.
